1. Registration and Payment
All attendees must register online through the official Indo Transworld Chamber of Commerce event platform https://indotransworld.org/membership
Ticket prices are listed in [INR], and payment must be completed to confirm registration.
No entry will be granted without a valid ticket.
2. Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to verify identity at check-in.
3. Cancellation and Postponement
The Indo Transworld Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or speaker unavailability.
In case of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified via email and eligible for a full refund.
In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.
4. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone violating this code of conduct from the event without refund.
5. Photography and Media
The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant Indo Transworld Chamber of Commerce permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials without compensation.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising during or in connection with the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
7. Data Privacy
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event-related communication.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or technical difficulties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala.
